Terms of Service

These terms cover what you can do on this website, what we promise back, and what neither of us promises. By using www.upplanningedge.com, signing up for our list, taking a quiz, booking a call, buying a digital product, joining a workshop, or hiring us for a build, you agree to these terms.
If a part of these terms does not work for you, do not use the site. If something is not clear, email [email protected] first.
1. Who we are
This site is run by Up Planning Edge LLC (EIN 83-3871357), a Texas limited liability company doing business as Future-Proof Advisors. The business is run by Joe Neri, a Texas-licensed life insurance agent (license #2211117). Our address is 7055 Old Katy Rd #1008, Houston, TX 77024. Phone: +1-832-793-9509.
2. Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old to buy anything, fill out a quiz, or book a call. The site is built for residents of the United States. We can serve people outside the US for some things, but our insurance license is for Texas, and our products are written for a US audience.
3. The digital products
We sell two digital products in the store:
- The $15 ebook — a written guide. Delivered as a download right after checkout.
- The $97 program — a written + video training program. Access is sent to the email you used at checkout.
Refund policy.
If you are not satisfied with a digital product, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and tell us what did not work. We will refund the purchase price to the original card. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.
You keep your copy of the digital product after a refund only if we say so in our reply. By default, refund means you stop using the materials.
4. The insurance services
Joe Neri is a Texas-licensed life insurance agent (license #2211117). The site lets you book a call, take a quiz, and request a quote. None of that is a binding insurance contract. An insurance contract only exists once a carrier issues a policy, you sign the application, you pay the first premium, and the policy is delivered to you in writing.
A carrier can decline coverage. Pricing on the site or in a quote is an estimate. The real price is whatever the carrier prints on the policy after underwriting. We do not promise that any specific carrier will accept any specific person.
Any "infinite banking," "indexed universal life," "whole life," "term life," or other insurance design we discuss is a strategy that depends on your specific situation. Every situation has specifics, and the numbers change person to person.
5. Workshops and done-with-you services
Workshops are sold as named seats at a tuition price. Done-with-you builds (AI back-office, funnel builds, automation work) are sold under a separate engagement letter that we sign with you. Anything on the website about pricing is an example. The signed engagement letter is the real deal.
If a workshop is canceled by us, we refund the tuition in full. If you cancel more than 14 days before the workshop date, we refund the tuition. Within 14 days, we offer a credit toward a future cohort but no cash refund. No-shows are not refunded.
6. What you cannot do on the site
Do not:
- Resell or republish our paid products
- Rip videos, PDFs, or other content from the site or the program
- Use the site to attack other users, scrape data, or run bots
- Pretend to be Joe, an agent, or a representative of Future-Proof Advisors
- Use the contact form or chat to send spam, threats, or anything illegal
- Try to break into accounts, servers, or systems behind the site
If you do any of these, we can cancel your account, refuse a refund, ban your IP, and pass it on to law enforcement if it crosses that line.
7. Who owns the content
All content on the site — words, images, videos, designs, audio, books, courses, training materials — is owned by Up Planning Edge LLC unless we say otherwise. When you buy a digital product, you get a personal license to use it for your own family and your own business. You do not get a license to resell, republish, or train an AI on it.
Anything you submit to us through the contact form, the quiz, or a comment becomes content we can quote (with your name removed) for marketing and training purposes. If you do not want that, tell us in the message and we will treat it as private.
8. The disclaimers (this part is important)
No income guarantees.
When we talk about side income, AI-driven income, or any other money outcome, we are sharing examples and frameworks. We are not promising you will earn any particular amount, or any amount at all. Outcomes depend on you, your effort, your market, your skills, and your luck. Most people who buy a course of any kind do not implement it.
No investment advice.
We are not a registered investment advisor or a broker-dealer. Nothing on the site is investment advice. If you want investment advice, talk to a registered investment advisor.
No tax or legal advice.
We are not a CPA firm or a law firm. Nothing on the site is tax advice or legal advice. Talk to your tax person and your attorney for those calls.
Insurance scope.
Joe Neri is a Texas-licensed life insurance agent (license #2211117). Inside the scope of that license, he can recommend life insurance products. Outside that scope — for example, securities, commodities, real estate, or specific tax planning — he is not licensed and does not recommend.
9. Limit of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Up Planning Edge LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of the site, the products, the workshops, or the services. Our total liability for any claim related to this site or anything you bought from it will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Some states do not allow these limits. In those states, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.
10. You hold us harmless
If your use of the site or our products causes a claim against us by a third party, you agree to defend and pay back Up Planning Edge LLC and its team for the cost of that claim, including reasonable lawyer fees. This does not apply if the claim is from our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Ending the relationship
You can stop using the site at any time. We can shut down your account, cancel your access to a digital product, or refuse service if you break these terms. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10 of this document survive after the relationship ends.
12. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any lawsuit must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you agree to that venue.
13. Changes to these terms
When we update these terms, we change the "Last updated" date at the top. Big changes get an email to the list. By using the site after a change, you agree to the new terms.
